Eugene Marino III of Doll or Art, is a lifelong artist, having made, studied and loved art from a young age.
“I became fascinated with doll heads as art objects and the starting points for more involved art works about 5 years ago. As children’s first toys and representations of innocence, dolls are universal symbols of youth. Ironically as dolls age, wear and become disassociated from their original context as playthings, they take on the opposite connotation reminding us of our own mortality.”

His story: “Hello, let me tell ya about how I came out of being stuck in a dungeon for the past 26 years. I was in a machine shop since the age of 15. Until December last year I thought that was all I knew how to do. It wasn't ... I took the leap of faith and dove rite into woodworking head first. I offer custom coffin shelving from 12" to 6ft. Take a look and see if there's something I can dig up for ya in my crypt. I'll be happy to put a nail in it. 🤘😎
